UK Shipping

Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days.

Free UK Shipping is available on eligible orders (where advertised).

Delays

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. NV Treasures is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
