How can I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you cannot see it.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We prepare orders as quickly as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order is dispatched.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes, we offer delivery across the UK.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are usually dispatched on next working day after payment is received.

For standard UK delivery, please allow approximately 2–5 working days after dispatch.

🚚 Next-Day Delivery is also available for an additional charge . You can select the next-day delivery option at checkout, where available.

Please note: Next-day delivery applies to orders dispatched on working days and may be affected by weekends, bank holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

How much is delivery?

Standard UK delivery is available at a flat delivery charge of £1.99, which will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

🚀 Next-Day Delivery is also available for £4.99 and can be selected at checkout, where available.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.

You can use the tracking information to follow your order’s progress until it arrives.

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

Although we work with trusted delivery services, occasional delays can happen. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
